With more than a decade of experience in the construction industry, I have had the privilege of helping build over 300 homes across New Mexico. That background gives me a unique perspective in real estate, allowing me to guide clients with a deeper understanding of quality, design, value, and the entire home- building process. 

Artesia is more than where I work- it is HOME. I was raised here, my family is rooted here, and I am proud to serve the community that has shaped so much of who I am. 

My faith and family are the foundation of my life. God, my Husband Cole Ponce, and our Four children, Palyn, Brenlee, Rustin and Bowen are the heart of everything I do. And I bring those same values of honesty, dedication, and care into every client relationship. 

I have always loved the excitement of buying and building a home, I am passionate about helping others enjoy that experience with confidence. Moving forward, I will be focusing primarily on real estate sales while continuing to build a select number of custom homes each year.
