Mary Rotelle is a real estate agent based in Dover, Pennsylvania, known for her dedication, compassion, and commitment to exceptional service. An entrepreneur at heart, Mary founded and operated two successful businesses—Bux4Bux, an online textbook resale company, and Pawpins Pet Care—before spending five years as a property manager in South Jersey, where she oversaw off-campus housing for Rowan University and managed family-owned investment properties. These experiences honed her skills in sales, negotiation, and customer care, forming a strong foundation for her real estate career.

Mary believes that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction—it’s a significant milestone. She guides her clients through every step of the process with strategy, clarity, and care, ensuring a smooth experience and peace of mind. Outside of real estate, Mary enjoys boating, sailing, and swimming, and she is passionate about volunteering to help animals in need. Her active lifestyle and community involvement reflect the same values she brings to her clients: honesty, integrity, and reliability. Mary’s favorite part of her work is transforming the often-overwhelming real estate journey into an empowering experience, going above and beyond to help every client achieve their goals with confidence.
