Jonny Reiser brings a hands-on property management background to his real estate practice, offering a performance-driven approach rooted in operational efficiency and long-term value. With a clear focus on minimizing expenses while maximizing revenue, Jonny approaches real estate from an owner’s perspective—helping clients and investors make informed, financially sound decisions.

Jonny gained comprehensive industry experience through his internship with Prime Rentals Property Management in Helena, Montana, a company managing over 500 rental units in a highly competitive Helena market. During his time there, he was involved in every aspect of daily operations, including property showings, move-ins and move-outs, inspections, maintenance coordination, court appearances, security deposit dispositions, advertising, and accounting. This full-scope exposure provided him with a deep understanding of what it takes to operate, protect, and optimize real estate assets.

After graduating from Carroll College at age 23, Jonny founded Reiser Management, a property management company based in Dillon. Through this venture, he applied institutional-level management practices to a local market, strengthening relationships with owners, tenants, and service providers while expanding management services to third-party property owners in the Dillon area. His property management connections integrate seamlessly with his real estate work, creating added value for clients through trusted local partnerships and practical operational insight.



Jonny is the son of Todd Reiser, a well-known contractor who has served the Dillon community for over 18 years. Growing up around construction and development shaped Jonny’s appreciation for quality workmanship, accountability, and community trust. He is deeply grateful for the Dillon community and strives to provide reliable, thoughtful, and results-oriented real estate services to every client he works with.
