Cord Crawford was born and raised in Lamar County, where he grew up working on his family’s farm and ranch. Agriculture has always been a central part of his life, and he has been involved in farming and ranching for as long as he can remember. Through years of hands-on experience managing land, equipment, and agricultural operations, Cord developed a deep understanding of farm and ranch properties and the value they hold for landowners and investors.

From an early age, Cord showed an entrepreneurial spirit, trading farm equipment long before he was old enough to drive. As part of the family business, he launched his own hay baling operation more than ten years ago. Real estate has also played an important role in Cord’s background. His family owns and manages rental properties in and around Paris, Texas, and Cord has gained firsthand experience through purchasing and managing investment properties of his own.

These experiences helped shape his strong work ethic and instilled in him the importance of honesty, integrity, and dedication in both business and everyday life.  Outside of real estate, Cord values his faith and enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys music, hunting, and football.
