About Me:
Bethany brings a uniquely community-centered perspective to real estate in Allegany County, shaped by years of work in local government, nonprofit leadership, and the arts.
Before becoming a real estate agent, Bethany served as the Community Development Director for the City of Frostburg, where she worked closely with property owners, developers, and residents to navigate zoning, permits, and land use decisions. She reviewed development proposals, coordinated zoning hearings, and helped shape policies that impact how properties can be used and improved.
Bethany holds a Master’s degree in Arts Administration from the University of Kentucky and previously worked with arts-based nonprofits focused on community programming, cultural development, and creative placemaking. That background continues to influence her approach to real estate. She sees homes and buildings not just as properties, but as part of the fabric of a community.
Today, Bethany works with buyers and sellers across Allegany County, helping them navigate the real estate process with clarity and confidence. She has a particular interest in historic homes, mixed-use properties, and spaces that contribute to the character and vitality of the region.
Bethany believes real estate is about more than transactions. It’s about helping people find their place and invest in the communities they care about.
