Ashley’s passion for real estate began through her own experience as an investor and rental property owner. What started as an interest in building financial stability soon grew into a deeper appreciation for the opportunities real estate can create—not only for herself and her family, but for others as well. She is passionate about helping people understand how homeownership and real estate investing can contribute to long-term security and generational wealth.

After earning her real estate license, Ashley carefully explored local brokerages before choosing CENTURY 21 Tri-Cities. Her decision was strongly influenced by Vicki Monteagudo, whom she first heard speak at a local event. Impressed by Vicki’s knowledge, professionalism, and leadership, Ashley was eager to learn more about the brokerage. After meeting with the team and discovering the training, resources, and support available to new agents, she knew CENTURY 21 Tri-Cities was the right place to begin her career.

Ashley brings a strong background in nursing and education to real estate. Her years as a nurse have taught her the importance of listening, advocating for others, communicating clearly, staying organized, and remaining calm in challenging situations. Teaching in a nursing program at a local community college has further strengthened her ability to explain complex information in a way that is easy to understand. She believes these skills will be invaluable as she guides clients through important real estate decisions with patience, compassion, and confidence.

For Ashley, the most rewarding part of real estate is its ability to positively change people’s lives. Whether she is helping someone purchase their first home, explore an investment opportunity, or build a stronger financial future for their family, she looks forward to being a trusted resource throughout the process.

In her first year, Ashley is focused on learning everything she can, providing an exceptional experience for her clients, and building a successful business rooted in professionalism and service. Her long-term goal is to consistently help clients achieve their real estate goals while continuing to grow her knowledge and experience within the industry.

Outside of real estate, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and trying new foods, traveling, playing and watching sports, hiking, weightlifting, boating, and spending time outdoors. She also loves learning through books and podcasts—and has a special appreciation for all things animals.
